Louis Tackwood IDs CIA Agents as Plumbers

After the Watergate Trials were on television, Los Angeles PD informant and agent-provacateur Louis Tackwood noticed a few defendants. Tackwood knew White House plumbers “Martin” and “White,” who were actually E. Howard Hunt and James McCord.
Before the 1972 Republican National Convention was switched from San Diego to Miami, members of the LAPD formulated plans to incite riots, kidnap protesters and prepare of assassination bombings — which would not kill VIPs only expendable delegates.
